Description

A fun, refreshing party shot with Irish whiskey, peach schnapps, sour mix, and a splash of lemon-lime soda. Easy to make, even easier to drink.


Ingredients

Scale

½ oz Irish whiskey (Jameson recommended)

½ oz peach schnapps

½ oz sour mix

Splash lemon-lime soda

Optional: fresh lime wedge


Instructions

1. Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice.

2. Add whiskey, peach schnapps, and sour mix.

3. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.

4. Strain into shot glasses, filling ¾ full.

5. Top with a splash of lemon-lime soda.

6. Garnish with lime wedge and serve immediately.

Notes

– Double or triple the recipe for groups.

– White Tea Shot: swap whiskey for vodka.

– Tropical Tea Shot: use coconut rum and pineapple juice.

– Spicy version: add a drop of hot sauce.

– Pre-make sour mix up to 3 days in advance, keep chilled.

– Do not pre-make shots with soda included; serve immediately.
